  I am proud to be your go-to for REMOTE PROGRAMS and ZOOM VIRTUAL personal training and sport performance service based out of New England. I bring the training and coaching experience to the location you choose for your convenience!

 

With over 8 years of mixed experience as a personal trainer, performance coach with college and professional athletes (Football, Softball, Swimming, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Strongman, Powerlifting, Marathoners, and many more) and as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach I have worked with a variety of clients. I have trained over 1,000 combined athletes and clients ranging ages 11-95. Whether you’re getting ready for the next college sports season, a corporate executive looking to get fit, or a parent that wants to stay in shape, I want to provide excellent coaching and reliable exercise strategies to reach your training goals.

 

I hold a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Exercise Science along with being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Along with my education I have made exercise and performance training my full-time lifestyle. I enjoy hiking, long walks with my wife and daughter, and playing with our cats! Along with those activities I am a highly competitive Strongman Athlete having qualified for Strongman Nationals 6-times over the last 7 years. Competing in various states around the country and holding multiple titles I want to show my clients that I hold myself to a high standard to lead them by example.

 

I will train you or your group with a uniquely customized training session that achieves the results you have always wanted. Whether it be in your home, office, fitness center or outdoors, I will guarantee to motivate and guide you towards the goals we set together!
